Delivered within 2-6 days after processing for a flat fee of $5.99 OR receive FREE shipping on all orders over $40. Unfortunately, we are only shipping within USA at this time.

8. Can I track my package?

We know are you eager to receive your order. When your package is shipped out, we will send you an email notification with a tracking link to track your shipment.

9. Do you accept returns?

If you're not satisfied, you can return the product anytime within 30 days. Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@osoyummy.com so we can directly assist you with your return. *Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Oso Yummy®

10. Exchanges

Our returns center cannot process exchanges at this time. If you prefer another item on our site over the one originally ordered, please e-mail us at info@osoyummy.com to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
